MIAMI (AP/WSVN) — A man was killed early Sunday and cruise line arrivals were disrupted after a 30-foot (9-meter) boat hit a ferry near Miami, authorities said.Another man was hospitalized in serious condition after the boat hit the Fisher Island Ferry about 3:40 a.m. The man was pulled from the water by ferry workers, and he told them about his missing friend before he was taken to a hospital, the Miami Herald reported. The missing man was later found dead.The accident happened near Dodge Island, which has a row of cruise ship terminals. Rescue crews rushed a man to the hospital after, police said, he came under fire outside a nightclub in Northwest Miami-DadeMiami-Dade Police and Fire Rescue units responded to the scene of the shooting outside of El Palenque Night Club, in the area of Northwest 22nd Avenue and 11th Street, just after 1 a.m. Sunday.Responding officers arrived to fins the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.Paramedics transported him to Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.Back at the scene, officers shut down the shopping center where the nightclub is located.Witnesses inside the nightclub said they left the area as soon as they heard two gunshots ring out. (WSVN) — Authorities seek the public’s help in their search for a 1-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy who went missing in the Florida Panhandle.The Florida Department of Law Enforcement on Sunday afternoon issued a Florida Missing Child Alert for Delyla Middleton and Dekarsen Middleton.Investigators said the children were last seen in the area of the 100 block of Comet Avenue in Panama City.Authorities said the children may be in the company of Adalyn Burkett and Marquan Edwards.They may be traveling in a red 1998 Ford Explorer with the Florida tag 61BSDK.
